Refund policy

RETURN OF GOODS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY

The buyer has the right to return within 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to new, unopened, unused and salable products in their original packaging.

Orders which are discounted or have items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the buyer refuses to order the goods or returns the high-quality goods within 14 days of the purchase, the buyer will deliver the returned goods at his own expense and on his own initiative. If we do not accept the condition of the returned goods (the products are broken, damaged or used), we will not pay any compensation for them.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the customer has picked up the order. Once a product return has been accepted, the payment will be refunded directly to your account within 14 days after we have received and processed the return. If the payment method is a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card bill. If Klarna is used, we will credit the Klarna invoice or account. The customer will be reimbursed for the price they actually paid for the product, even if the price has changed since then.

Pack and cushion the shipment carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products damaged in transit. 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping in case of withdrawal (10 EUR).

RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

Unsuitable goods are goods that are defective and cannot fulfill their functional characteristics.

The buyer/recipient must check the appearance and completeness of the goods and the completeness of the entire order at the time of delivery of the goods.

The buyer/recipient has the right to cancel the purchase contract, return the defective goods and demand the return of the money paid for the goods.

If you return a defective product, you will be refunded the product, delivery and return postage.  The return application for defective goods will be processed within three working days.

If you want to return or exchange a product, contact info@puranordic.eu and state the order number and the reason for the return. If you have received goods of poor quality, photos/video of the damage or defects must be provided.

Once all the details are agreed, we will send you a new product or refund the amount paid. Refunds are paid by bank transfer to your bank card within 2-3 working days after the goods have arrived at our warehouse.
