The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform the Customer how GreenMe Nordic Oy collects, uses and protects personal data and what rights and possibilities the Customer has to influence the processing of his personal data.GreenMe Nordic Oy is an authorized exclusive seller of the Pura Stainless brand and maintains the online store www.puranordic.eu. Service refers to a service offered by GreenMe Nordic Oy, such as the online store www.puranordic.eu, newsletter or other Service offered by GreenMe Nordic Oy. Customer means a person using the GreenMe Nordic Oy service. GreenMe Nordic Oy complies with valid Finnish legislation and the European Union’s data protection regulation when processing personal data. This privacy statement applies when the Customer uses GreenMe Nordic Oy Services. If the Customer does not accept the terms of this privacy statement, the Customer cannot use the Services, because the provision of the Service requires the processing of personal data.

PURPOS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The operation of the trade sector requires the processing of personal data. The customer register includes, for example, the processing of personal data required for the online store’s customer account, the processing of orders, receipt and delivery, and the preparation of invoices. Personal data is processed on the basis of the agreement between GreenMe Nordic Oy and the Customer, the customer relationship between GreenMe Nordic Oy and the Customer, the use of the Service, the legitimate interest of GreenMe Nordic Oy, the consent given by the Customer or the law.
In all of the aforementioned situations, GreenMe Nordic Oy processes personal and proxy data only to the extent required by the purpose of the processing and always takes into account the privacy protection of its customers when processing personal data.
TRANSFERS AND OF PERSONAL DATA

GreenMe Nordic Oy is committed to conducting business responsibly and wants to correct any shortcomings. The customer also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
