SHIPPING POLICY
Usually, the products are collected and packed for delivery within 1–2 business days. The shipping time 2-5 working days and varies depending on the service level selected. Postage costs are the same regardless of package size. As a rule, packages leave us within 1-2 business days of the order. Sometimes, however, the processing of orders may become congested and delivery times may be a little longer.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We deliver orders via Omniva/Matkahuolto as a package, which you can track with a tracking number.
Shipments are stored at pickup points for 7 days from the arrival notification.
WE OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY METHODS:
- PICKUP PARCEL: 8,9 euro
Pickup from the nearest Omniva pickup points. When the package has arrived, you will receive a notification from Omniva. Please note that Omniva will primarily notify you of package arrivals only by text message or email. It is therefore important that you enter correct contact information when ordering.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT / NOT COLLECTED ORDER
We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs incurred for not collected packages / failed delivery attempts (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, we impose a fee of 20 EUR if a package is not claimed. Please note that if you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you must first collect the package/receive the delivery and then proceed with the return as described here. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
