INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Wash with soapy water before first use
- Do not freeze the bottle to avoid breaking the vacuum seal
- To protect the bottom of the bottle from dents when dropped and thrown, it is recommended to use a silicone bumper on the bottom
- Dishwasher safe
- It is recommended to change silicone nipples every 8-12 weeks and as they wear out
