Refund policy
RETURN OF GOODS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY
The buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer has the right to open the packaging and familiarize themselves with the product in the same way as in a shop, but the returned product and its original packaging must be unused, marketable and in a condition equivalent to new.
The withdrawal notice must be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the order. You can make a withdrawal notice by filling out our electronic form here: [Right of Withdrawal]. After submitting the notice, the product must be returned to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal notice.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the return costs (10 €). If the returned product is used, damaged or it is not in a condition equivalent to new, we have the right to refuse the refund entirely.
When the return is received and approved, the money is returned to the payment method used in the order within 14 days of receiving the return. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card. In the case of Klarna, the refund will be made to the Klarna invoice or account.
Note! If a discount code has been utilized in the order, the use of which includes a certain condition (e.g., a certain purchase amount) and the condition is not met after the return, we will remove the discount from the order.
RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY
Unsuitable goods are goods that are defective and cannot fulfill their functional characteristics.
The buyer/recipient must check the appearance and completeness of the goods and the completeness of the entire order at the time of delivery of the goods.
The buyer/recipient has the right to cancel the purchase contract, return the defective goods and demand the return of the money paid for the goods.
If you return a defective product, you will be refunded the product, delivery and return postage. The return application for defective goods will be processed within three working days.
If you want to return or exchange a product, contact info@puranordic.eu and state the order number and the reason for the return. If you have received goods of poor quality, photos/video of the damage or defects must be provided.
Once all the details are agreed, we will send you a new product or refund the amount paid. Refunds are paid by bank transfer to your bank card within 2-3 working days after the goods have arrived at our warehouse.
